This video is to demonstrate in real time how I use Yorkshire grit and Hampshire sheen finishing products to get a great finish.
1. sand to 320 immaculately
2. clean with denatured alcohol, option tacky rag, compressed air.
3. seal the wood with a shellac based sanding sealer
4. nenib to prevent streaks of sanding sealer
5. use Yorkshire grit original to obtain an approx 1000 grit
6. use Yorkshire grit microfine to obtain an approx micromesh grit
7. use Hampshire sheen high gloss food and toy safe
8. use Hampshire sheen microcrystalline for a hard fingerprint proof finish
it is as easy as that.

i have been woodturning sice 2013, i love it as a creative outlet and the community or woodturners is great, there is lots of help and support out there available at the touch of a button. don't be intimidated or scared to ask questions no matter how basic, most of all be safe in your workshop, follow all safety rules and guidlines.
use channels such as mine as inspiration and entertainment.
it is recommended to get proper training with power tools to prevent accidents
