This is a demo video for the virtual woodshow 2021, due to the current covid pandemic it is not possible to have live events so this is the answer to replace as best possible.
turning green wood is a pleasure, waiting for green wood can be frustratingly long, cracks and warping may happen, this is how i am able to turn a green log into a finished bowl within the space of a month.
I have been woodturning since 2013, I love it as a creative outlet.
For me it has been a journey, from my great great grandfathers wooden bowl that i own to my fathers the community or woodturners is great, there is lots of help and support out there available at the touch of a button. don't be intimidated or scared to ask questions no matter how basic, most of all be safe in your workshop, follow all safety rules and guidelines.
use channels such as mine as inspiration and entertainment.
it is recommended to get proper training with power tools to prevent accidents
most of all remember to be creative and have fun
