In this woodturning project, I’m turning a honey pot and matching honey dipper from beautiful Macrocarpa. This wood has a warm, friendly grain that’s perfect for a small functional set like this.
The turning was done on my Harvey T60S wood lathe, using carbide woodturning tools from Easy Wood Tools for clean cuts and control throughout the process.
For the finish, I kept things traditional and food-safe
