I had a short time in the Workshop and turned these Hedgehog (ish) Figures from Horse Chestnut. When I gave them to my son, he recognised them as Hedgehogs :) I think I can call that a great success :)
These make for a quick and easy woodturning project. To make them, I first turned an Egg shape, then cut Ridges similar to making a Christmas Tree. I cut part of one side off to form a Base and finally shaped them on the Belt Sander. I finished them using Organic Boiled Linseed Oil.
