I am matching some old Tongue and Groove panels on the exterior of my house as part of an ongoing renovation project and I needed make many boards. I use hand planes only for the task of making the boards and try to show that it is a much cleaner and less noisy process than if using a Router. I use mostly old Wooden Hand Planes and I love to use them. The locking profile on the other edge is made using a little Rapier Plough Plane and finished with a Wooden Hand Plane. It is getting colder and the exercise helps to keep warm as well as active :)
