This is how I made my Mini or Micro Chisels that are seen in some of my other project videos.

These Chisels are simply made from Chrome Vanadium Allen Keys and a small Palm sized Handle.
I make the Handle first, then fix the Allen Key into it before grinding the Chisel Blade to shape.
Then it is a matter of sharpening it.
These Chisels are really good for fine detail work in woodworking projects and they hold a sharp edge for a long time.
I like the idea of making my own Tools, especially if it is a Tool that is not easily found or readily available. Handmade Tools give great satisfaction and for me it is fun knowing that I created something to help me better improve my woodworking experience.
