On July 23, 2023 in Florida, officers attempted to stop Jamie Nicole Barnes for speeding, but she allegedly refused to pull over and continued driving. After officers eventually brought the vehicle to a stop, the encounter took a much more serious turn. This is body cam footage of the events that followed.
