On July 28, 2023, in Punta Gorda, Florida, deputies with the Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office responded to a disturbance call involving a reportedly intoxicated woman on Navigator Road. When officers arrived, they encountered 32-year-old Cassandra Lynnelle Medlock in an agitated state. According to arrest records, the situation escalated as deputies attempted to detain her, resulting in multiple charges and her transport to the county jail.
