On October 17, 2025 in Las Cruces, New Mexico, officers responded to a report of a woman repeatedly returning to a property on Hickory Street and refusing to leave. When they arrived, they found 54-year-old Germaine Castillo on the property, agitated and challenging officers instead of complying. She was arrested for criminal trespassing. This is body-worn camera footage of what happened next.
