On October 1, 2025, in Las Cruces, New Mexico, police responded to a convenience store after employees reported a high-value shoplifting incident. When officers arrived, they located a man and a woman matching the description, both of whom appeared to be leaving the area. Officers quickly moved in to detain the suspects and prevent them from leaving. This is body cam footage of the events that followed.
