On February 15, 2024 in Carlsbad, New Mexico, officers responded to a welfare check after multiple residents reported a 21-year-old woman acting erratically in a neighborhood. According to the report, Chloe Maryn Runner was yelling at herself, behaving unpredictably, and causing concern among nearby residents. This is body cam footage of the events that followed.
