This WOD Nation speed rope comes with 2 cables that are made from coated steel. It's meant to be used on gym floors or smooth surfaces as opposed to concrete or asphalt.
The cables are 10 feet long, so you will have enough length to adjust them to almost any size person.
The jump rope is easy to adjust and comes with an Allen wrench for adjusting the length and extra pieces in case you need them.
The handles have bearings and a unique swivel system to make the rope turn extra smoothly.
