In this Himalaya Botanique Complete Care Toothpaste Review, my family and I put this toothpaste to the test against 2 other natural fluoride free toothpastes. 4 of us tried these toothpastes over a 2-month period, and we share what we liked and didn't like about each toothpaste.
Something you might be interested in is how each of these toothpastes measured up on an app called Yuka. Yuka rates personal care and food products from 1 to 100 based on the quality and safety of the ingredients.
Here's how each toothpaste ranked below:
Himalaya Botanique Simply Spearmint ranked 93/100 on Yuka.
Dr. Bronner's Spearmint ranked 86/100 on Yuka.
Davids Strawberry Watermelon ranked 100/100 on Yuka.
In our experiment, Davids toothpaste was the overall winner, but one of my kids liked the Himalaya Botanique Complete Care the best.
All 3 of these toothpastes are great in my opinion also and fluoride-free.
Although the Himalaya Botanique wasn't my personal favorite, it probably lasts the longest of all 3 toothpastes we tested. I say this because a small amount of this toothpaste creates a lot of foam, and the flavor is stronger than the other two toothpastes.
Although I'm biased towards Dr. Bronner's because they use the most organic ingredients, I was surprised and glad to see how highly rated Himalaya Complete Care toothpaste was.
Something I think is important to know is that this Himalaya toothpaste contains neem, which is known for being antibacterial and anti-inflammatory. Although the neem serves a good purpose, it does leave a slight aftertaste, which some people might not like.
One way or another, I like this Himalaya Complete Care toothpaste and feel good about recommending it to you.
