Welcome to the Witchual Workout with Laura Tempest Zakroff - a ritually-inspired movement experience designed to get us moving a bit more on a daily basis. Each day, we'll have a different magical focus and build up our stamina and body exploration.
Today is an oracle day, and we received "Crystal" - which is one the cards from the Artifacts group. Crystal reminds us about precision and clarity, spirituality and illumination. Crystal emerges from the depths of the earth to reveal new insight. We often use crystals in divination, so this is a great opportunity to start working with our veils.
Follow along and adjust as needed, listening to your body's needs. You may want to watch this one first or do it without your veil, then follow along with it - whatever your comfort level is.
