Welcome to the Witchual Workout with Laura Tempest Zakroff - a ritually-inspired movement experience designed to get us moving a bit more on a daily basis. Each day, we'll have a different magical focus and build up our stamina and body exploration.
Today is an oracle day, and we received "Ocean" - which is the second time we've gotten this card, but since the first time was back on the Equinox with me filming actually at the ocean, sans music - and the fact that this card made me laugh and cry at once, I'm fine with revisiting it today.
