Winter greens have so much value at a time when the cupboard is relatively bare.😮
I show you a selection in mid-January, zone 8 climate and 51° north. We have nighttime temperature is quite often below -6°C, but little snow.

I have a friend in Sweden who grows Brussels sprouts, which have just survived -18°C, so don't be afraid to try a few winter vegetables to keep you healthy.
