No bed prep, few weeds and steady growth

From my CD modules, we transplanted small month old seedlings on 17th October and kept them covered until recently with white mesh, on hoops.
Red Russian kale from Kokopelli Seeds, coriander Cruiser home saved seed, spinach Medania home saved seed. Also there was Claytonia and Amos Indian mustard.

$Measuring Brix Levels in Vegetables, Fruits – and a Flower | Surprising Results from No Dig Harvest Brix measurements reveal sugar content of vegetables, fruits, and juices. They are used by brewers, for example, to reveal how much alcohol will be in the wine or the beer. I enjoy testing the measures of sugar, in different seasons and weather.
