YES you should bother to…
- Start working out no matter what age you are
- Stop making your only goal “lose weight”
- Begin wherever you are able to - if that’s body weight then great
- Use progressive overload as your foundation - let go of what exact weight you should lift and the idea of “heavy” vs “light” and just find a weight that is challenging (maybe its body weight) and then consistently increase difficulty- more reps, more sets, more weight
- Whatever works for you!
