Women don’t need a “smaller” approach to strength training. They need a smarter one.

In this conversation from the Health 3.0 podcast, Dr. Stephanie breaks down why glutes, hamstrings, and shoulders are some of the most important areas for women to train.

Not just because they shape the body.

Because they support how the body moves.

The glutes help stabilize the pelvis, hips, legs, and spine.

The hamstrings help balance the lower body and support stronger movement mechanics.

And the shoulders help protect one of the most mobile joints in the body.

Looking strong is great. Moving well for decades is the bigger win.
