I got so many DM’s about this one…

Unless you are an “Olympic power athlete” I will wager a guess you do not need to overthink about whether your body is “cycling” between build and repair mode perfectly…or about whether you’re going to “die sooner” than an “Olympic endurance athlete” if you “build too much muscle” or “eat too much protein”.
