Your attitude is still one of the few things you can control (imo).

If something is already going to be hard, walking into it with a terrible attitude does not make you more prepared.

Obviously, I'm not saying you should pretend everything is fine when it's not or be an inauthentic faker.

I'm simply saying that even if you can't control the situation, you can control how you show up inside of it.
