Hot take of the day: I’d advise doing big, thicc, challenging things.

Once you do something that used to feel impossible, your mind has new evidence. And evidence builds confidence.

That usually makes other parts of your life feel easier.

I’ve also found that big goals build belief, and belief backed by experience cannot be stripped from you.

Let me pop off real quick. One of the reasons I love doing difficult challenges is because they cannot be taken from you once you accomplish them.

You can lose a whole lotta things in life. However, no one can take away your experiences. No one can take away the race you ran, the goal weight you reached, or the school you worked hard to get into.

The list goes on and on.

Do hard things.

Or maybe better said, be phenomenal or be forgotten.
