I missed the 0-death, but I can't really complain when I kill someone at 71% off a down throw on the ground. Don't get grabbed or knocked onto a platform when your fighting Brawler.. You're in for a bad time.
I would recommend staying off platforms when fighting Brawler, but they have a lot of ways of forcing tech situations on platforms.. And they can react to techs or DI in a lot of situations. So just don't get hit by them. They have by far the worst range in the game on their normal attacks, but they also quite few early kill confirms and ways to kill people from 0%.
