Definitely my least favourite soulsborne game..
I have a lot of problems with this game. I feel like I would have enjoyed it a lot more if there was no jumping.. There's stupid sweep attacks with broken hitboxes and no proper warnings, broken enemy detection, broken aggro ranges, possibly the worst camera ever made, and bad enemy designs with most minibosses just being reskins. Your character also feels really weak and clunky. You have a super limited moveset with only one weapon, very few viable weapon arts or prosthetic tools, and painfully slow levelling.
The game also has a lot of technical issues. Grapple points are super finnicky, the jump is way too high for general combat but awkward to use for the actual platforming, there's noticeable lag and dropped inputs and distant enemies moving at like 2 FPS. The fight against the slow motion monkeys is pretty funny but it's also ridiculous that they are in a finished game. It's worse than the stairway fight in Ninja Gaiden II.. Except that was on Xbox 360 and had 10 times the amount of enemies.
