I had some personal things that needed my attention. With that aside, I was able to make some calls. This particular number was shared by a colleague. It was advertised on a classic Microsoft technical support pop up scam website. This group of scammers were particular calm which led me to believe that they had been rather successful since they remained rather calm despite being frustrated with my excessive ramblings. 2 calls and numerous "listen to me" sayings from both scammers was all it took for them to turn the number off. My colleague also reported the number prior to the telecom that was hosting it. The telecom would later take action against the scammers and shut it down for fraud.

I don't know why scammers bother with this lifestyle, honestly. By as many numbers as you want, they will get shut down sooner or later.
