This Spanish Stick fighting is brought to us by three fencing masters from the 19th cent:
Don Antonio Heraud y Clavijo de Soria, Don Antonio Álvarez García & Liborio Vendrell y Eduart
The style should be very well known in Spain at that time and is more or less the same in the different books. This style of walking stick fencing is taught as self defense for the streets in the 19th cent..
This Historical Fencing video covers the Guards not only used in stick fighting but also in Spanish Rapier with and without dagger, Sabre, foil and even the bayonet rifle.
