Continuing on with definitions of muscular failure, I now want to look at two other definitions of failure: volitional failure and rep speed failure along with their potential problems.
Finally I'll give a generalized definition of failure and look at why these definitions matter. This all leads into the final part where I'll put up videos of myself and others training to demonstrate what I've been talking about this entire time.
