Here are real examples of lean physiques at different heights and weights so you know what to expect. Want Me To Coach You? Go to fitnessmastery.com/?video=az4hd7_t2lY
About the video:
One of the most common questions I get is “how much should I weigh” or “what’s a normal weight for me” or what’s a realistic body weight for my height to get a lean physique. Is 160 lbs too low for someone who’s 6ft? Is 185 lbs too high for 5ft 10? Is BMI accurate? The truth is, physique standards have changed a lot over the years and expectations have been altered by fitness influencers and bodybuilders. Physique inflation is becoming worse and people often don’t know what’s a realistic goal for fat loss or what’s ideal weight for each height.
And in this video I go over multiple examples of lean physique from 5ft 6 to 6ft 2 and how much they weigh. My hope is that this video gives you clarity on your goal and I wish something like this was available when I was first starting my fitness journey.
