About the video:
If you're looking to get lean, I believe 15% body fat should be your main goal, and there are a few reasons for that. First, it's a body fat percentage that is attainable and realistic for most guys. You can get there without needing to follow a very strict routine like a bodybuilder. Also, 15% body fat has the right balance between muscle size and how lean you are for natural lifters. It's very difficult for natural lifters to retain size when going to low body fat, like 10% body fat. In a shirt you'd hardly be able to tell whether the person lifts weights or not.
And most importantly, it's about sustainability all year round. When choosing a fat loss goal there's a big difference between getting lean and being able to stay lean long-term. And I think 15% body fat is a level that most people can sustain without needing to be too strict with their nutrition. When you have more calories available you can eat out a few times per week without worrying, you can be more flexible while traveling and overall it's a routine you can maintain. I hope this video inspired you to set your goal to 15% body fat and most importantly stay consistent to achieve it. It's a great goal to be at and you should be very proud when you get there.
