This is a Haarp earthquake attack on Washington, DC. This is an act of pure terrorism. The operators of the Haarp transmitters must be arrested and questioned. The Haarp cloud pattern continued on the next day (April 24th), but ended mid morning. Happily, the earthquake did not happen, and the pattern has not returned. The phase of the moon was exactly the same as the August 23, 2011, 6.0 magnitude earthquake in Washington DC. Obama was out of town during the 2011 earthquake, and he was out of town for the attempted earthquake. This is all explained in the video.
