Part 2 of 2, shows how coal ash MAY have been unloaded from railroad cars, the buildings where the coal ash MAY have been homogenized, filtered, mixed with the liquid component, then cooled, and pumped to the tanker jets on the flight line.
The big white General Motors building was closed in 2005, bought by Oklahoma City in 2006, leased to USAF in 2009. I believe this was probably used for chemtrail processing from 2010 to 2015 (approx.) Please don't tell me what is going on there, now. That doesn't explain what was going on there several years ago.
