This is a short clip, showing how Tesla conceived of using the ionosphere to transmit power, and that he thought the weather could be controlled by heating spots in the ionosphere. He was right on both accounts, but only the ionospheric heater function is being used, for weather control. The phd physicist is wrong, the weather is controllable, with enough power. Also, the video is wrong, saying that microwaves heat the ionosphere. It is actually 10 to 20 MHz that is transmitted to heat the ionosphere. This error is what has given disinfo agents like "weatherwar101" the ability to claim that Nexrad radar is what really controls the weather. He says the weather radars are doing all the weather control, and has nothing to do with HAARP. This guy is a nasty disinfo agent, and I urge everyone to not waste any time looking at that garbage.
