The HAARP Report | Baja HAARP Transmitter Burning a Hole in the Clouds 8 21 14 @thehaarpreport9203 | Uploaded August 2014 | Updated October 2024, 23 hours ago.
The Baja HAARP transmitter burned a hole in the clouds (again), pointing directly towards the tropical storm, which was going to bring rain to the west coast. There was a very light north wind at the surface, and a strong northwest wind in the jetstream. So, this opening in the clouds was NOT caused by the "wind shadow" of the island. It was caused by the HAARP beam heating the water droplets in the clouds, evaporating them, and leaving an opening in the clouds, the same shape as the HAARP beam.
I made this video because I was upset about my slow internet (NSA re-routing through a slow server), but this was a lucky video, as it is really the first part, showing how the Pacific tropical storm was killed about 48 hours later. Please watch this video, to see what the HAARP beam did to the storm two days later: youtube.com/watch?v=Lxx25So5Gsg
