The pacific Haarp transmitter burned a hole in the clouds, on May 24, 2014. It was heating the air over the Texas panhandle, to stop the rain. The NASA high resolution satellite image proves the hole in the clouds, and shows Extreme Low Frequency waves in the clouds, centered on the Haarp transmitter. The ELF clouds are always perpendicular to the transmitter, and are usually near mountains, as the mountains scatter the billion watt transmitted beam.
This technology is killing our planet, and every living species. Please learn about what is happening, and demand this technology is stopped, or re-directed to keeping the Arctic frozen, and creating moderate rainfall and temperatures, within their transmitting areas. It is just a software change, to change this from a demonic, planet killer, into something that would benefit mankind, and give us enough time to figure out a solution to prevent the Arctic Methane Catastrophe.
UPDATE: The swirls coming off the southern tip of the island are just ordinary "vortex shedding", BUT, the hole in the clouds on the east side is NOT explained by vortex shedding. So, this video is correct, in saying the HAARP transmitter is burning a hole in the clouds. This is the reason that southern California is in the worst drought of it's history. Along with chemtrails, these two technologies are the cause of the lack of rain in California.

We need a free ap, to record, and map, all chemtrail sightings, since the satellite images are being scrubbed. If that existed, it would be perfectly clear, that drought happens where ever chemtrails are laid. Please, someone start working on a free ap, and mapping website.
Why should some tiny group of engineers and managers, be the only ones who have access to this information? Tampering with publicly funded satellite images should be a federal crime, and an international act of genocide, retroactively enforced by the ICC.
