Dry air being pushed down over northern California. A circular pattern of dry, descending, air is maintained over northern California everyday. But, today, I caught the tell-tale ELF clouds, which prove the Gakona Haarp transmitter is heating the ionosphere over north California, forcing high pressure, dry air to descend to the surface. California, Texas, and Mexico, have been under attack by the Haarp transmitters since mid 2011. The drought in north America is MAN-MADE. Even worse (a billion times worse), is the melting arctic is MAN-MADE. Our planet will be dead in 20 years if this is not stopped immediately!
