The route is almost identical to Ambush at Tong Gate since you start around the same area, the final boss is inside the same garrison and your fastest way of reaching the boss is (like before) angled glitch.
0:19 - I'm not sure which is faster when setting up an angled glitch: timing your movement so that you grab a ladder frame precisely, or time your movement so that you can climb the ladder a few steps to skip Muneshige Tachibana's post-musou animation. I guess the latter might be faster in this case since the first option would require interrupting Benkei speed movement a few seconds earlier, which would already offset any potential time gain.
