This level has a bit of RNG, but mostly I would say it's about execution.

0:03 - The first bit of RNG is right on this first road. On some attempts Benkei will not get a speed boost here, forcing a retry.
If things do go well, you use two Benkei boosts and then start a small infinite jump to get over the gate.
0:18 - Second bit of RNG is defeating Da Ji early. She is escaping in a large crowd of enemies, and it can be tough getting her to appear on screen at all. Finding and defeating her quickly can be a challenge.
The reason for defeating Da Ji early is because that makes Hanbei Takenaka - the level's final target - also appear early.
0:24 - You can use Benkei boosts for most of the rest of the level, although there are a few spots where your speed always slows down. Learning to avoid them is slightly tricky, but not too bad.
0:47 - Entering inside the garrison while using Benkei movement can be very tricky since the doorway is partially blocked by a barricade and you have to move in through a relatively small gap.
Third bit of RNG is finding and defeating Hanbei Takenaka after he appears in another large crowd of enemies. Like with Da Ji earlier, it's pure luck when he appears, it could take several seconds of waiting if you're unlucky.
