A lot of my early tests focused on the Community Center, so I have a fairly large amount of footage about it. It's here where I originally discovered the dog-assisted wallclip tech, after noticing the dog get stuck and start flickering between two cars at the parking lot.
0:00 - I would consider the Community Center a somewhat difficult location to break into. My best setup for doing the dog-assisted wallclip is shown here, and it's by no means consistent. Got to leave two cars parked at the south-east end of the Center, then lure the dog between the cars. If it dashes at a certain angle, it ends up momentarily closer to the wall than usual, allowing York to clip through.
I originally thought Quint's car is necessary to do this glitch, but I later managed to do it with just two patrol cars as well. The shape of Quint's car might make the setup easier, however.
0:32 - With this wallclip, you are able to access the building even at night or before Chapter 6. So, is there any point to this...?
Coming to the Center at night after Chapter 6 just lets you explore the place while it's totally empty of NPCs.
1:14 - Entering the Center at night during Chapter 6 unfortunately doesn't cause any glitchy results. The game resets the clock to 16:00 when you go indoors and begin the sequence of cutscenes, ensuring that everything loads normally.
Also, you apparently can't advance in-game time during this sequence, making it impossible to get ejected from the Center before you've talked to everyone.
3:40 - Another clip from a live stream where I clip into the Center from near the front door by getting hit. Rarely, the dog's dash attack can punt York through walls. I haven't been able to recreate this wall clip, but it's still useful to document. Maybe we'll understand this glitch better one day.
In this clip I break into the Center at night in Chapter 3. The place is empty as usual, but the auditorium room is locked from all directions... mysterious.
