WaltherPark è un progetto di riqualificazione urbanistica a Bolzano, che prevede la ristrutturazione e la valorizzazione di un quartiere centrale situato tra la stazione ferroviaria, piazza Giuseppe Verdi e piazza Walther von der Vogelweide. Si tratta di un complesso immobiliare polifunzionale, che prevede la realizzazione di appartamenti ad uso residenziale, appartamenti ad uso investimento, nuovi negozi e parcheggi.

ULMA ha fornito una vasta gamma dei suoi prodotti, arrivando circa 16.000 m² di fornitura con i sistemi ORMA e CC-4.

WaltherPark is an urban requalification project in Bolzano, for the restructuring and enhancement of a central district located just behind the railway station, in Piazza Giuseppe Verdi and Piazza Walther von der Vogelweide. It’s a mixed-use building complex with the construction of residential flats, flats for investment, new businesses and parking facilities.

ULMA has provided a huge range of products, with almost 16,000 m² of supplies, and the systems used are ORMA and CC-4.
