Located West New York, New Jersey a continuous of the Port Imperial Apartment this new building has 12 floors and 164 rooms filled with modern amenities and a view right across the river to New York City. In partnership with Concrete Systems Inc., ULMA was able to provide high quality shoring equipment to bring this project at the highest quality it must be. In this project we included systems like our ALUPROP, MEGAFRAME, ENKOFLEX, and the H20 BEAM to establish high ceiling to create stability in each floor.
This collaboration highlights ULMA’s commitment to delivering innovative and efficient formwork solutions tailored to the unique needs of the tourism and hospitality construction sector.

Situado al oeste de Nueva York, Nueva Jersey, este nuevo edificio es una continuación del Port Imperial Apartment, y cuenta con 12 plantas y 164 habitaciones dotadas de modernas comodidades y con vistas al río y a la ciudad de Nueva York. ATAL SKY+ to powstający w sercu Katowic wielofunkcyjny kompleks mieszkalno-usługowy w skład którego wchodzi 6 budynków. Najwyższy z nich będzie mierzył ponad 121 metrów i posiadał 36 kondygnacji.
Do realizacji dwóch trzonów klatkowo-windowych wraz z szachtami instalacyjnymi budynku zaprojektowano system samowznoszący ATR z zintegrowanymi siłownikami o nośności 13 ton każdy. Całość deskowania trzonu w systemie ramowym ORMA wraz z konstrukcją systemu ATR, o wadze kilkudziesięciu ton, podnoszona jest w trakcie jednej operacji bez angażowania żurawia, którego dostępność przy realizacjach wysokich budynków jest kluczowa.

ATAL SKY+ is a multifunctional residential and service complex in the heart of Katowice. It consist of 6 buildings. The highest of them will be over 121 meters high and will have 36 storeys.
To construct two staircases and elevator shafts together with the buildings installation shafts, the ATR self-climbing system with integrated hydraulic drive, with a load capacity of 13 tons each, was designed. The entire formwork of the shaft in the ORMA system together with the ATR system structure, weighing several dozen tons, is lifted in one operation without the use of a crane, the availability of which is crucial when implementing high-rise buildings.

By the ocean of Gulf Shore, Alabama lies a new hotel called the Embassy Suite. An 8-story building with a 3-story parking garage attached to it With 257 rooms included plus varies conference rooms/meeting rooms. ULMA was honored to be a part of this project to provide both forming and shoring on the jobsite. We were able to introduce systems such as our Perimeter Table, MEGAFRAME, Stripping Corner Max solution, ALUPROP, ENKOFLEX, and our MEGAFORM.
Each system was able to play a key role in this project and represent how ULMA can navigate through different complications and find solutions.

A orillas del océano en Gulf Shores, Alabama, podemos encontrar un hotel nuevo llamado Embassy Suites. Un edificio con 8 plantas de hotel y 3 plantas adicionales de garaje en el que hay 257 habitaciones y diversas salas de conferencias y reuniones. ULMA tuvo el honor de formar parte de este proyecto y suministrar a la obra tanto el encofrado como el apuntalamiento. Hemos utilizado sistemas como nuestra mesa perimetral, MEGAFRAME, la escuadra de desencofrado Max, ALUPROP, ENKOFLEX y MEGAFORM.
Cada uno de estos sistemas ha desempeñado un papel clave en este proyecto y representa el modo en que ULMA es capaz de afrontar situaciones complicadas y encontrar soluciones.

El encofrado modular recuperable ONADEK es un sistema de encofrado de losas diseñado para proyectos de alto rendimiento en el sector de la edificación. Destaca por su alta eficiencia y el fácil y rápido proceso de montaje desde abajo, con los más altos estándares de seguridad garantizados para el operario. El sistema es ideal para adaptarse a cualquier tipo de losa, incluidas las de geometrías complejas que incorporan vigas de cuelgue, pilares o muros de carga.

O viaduto dos Pardais está integrado na nova linha ferroviária de alta velocidade Elvas-Évora, que irá ligar a Linha de Leste, perto de Elvas à estação de Évora. Um importante projeto que irá ligar todas as linhas do Corredor Internacional Sul, desde o porto de Sines até Espanha. De mãos dadas com a ConstruGomes nesta terceira etapa, sendo a mais longa das 3 etapas realizadas pela ULMA, neste projeto.

The Pardais viaduct is part of the new Elvas-Evora high-speed railway line, between Alandroal and the Eastern line. This is an important project that will connect all the lines of the Southern International Corridor, from the port of Sines to Spain. Together with ConstruGomes, ULMA has participated in the previous phases of this third section, the longest of those that have been carried out.

O Viaduto Duarte Pacheco é uma das principais vias de acesso á cidade de Lisboa que se divide em 5 partes: 2 arcos laterais com 40 m (um sobre a linha férrea e outro sobre a Avenida do Parque Florestal de Monsanto), 2 viadutos com 85,80m e um arco central sobre a Av. de Ceuta com 92m.
A intervenção consiste no reforço sísmico, reabilitação e aumento das condições de segurança.
As soluções da ULMA Construction criaram BRIO plataformas de trabalho e acessos para execução do reforço e reabilitação do Viaduto Duarte Pacheco, permitindo efetuar os trabalhos em segurança sem afetar o normal funcionamento da circulação ferroviária, automóvel e pedonal nesta via de elevada circulação.
A ULMA com a sua vasta gama de produtos e compatibilidade entre os mesmos, projetou pórticos de proteção nas vias com torres de Cimbre, Vigas BRIO, Perfis e assoalhamento com ENKOFORM. Estes pórticos permitiram trabalhar sobre as vias em total segurança.

The Duarte Pacheco Viaduct is one of the main access routes to the city of Lisbon, divided into 5 sections: 2 lateral arches of 40 m (one over the railway line and another over the Avenue of the Monsanto Forest Park), 2 viaducts of 85.80 m, and a central arch over Av. de Ceuta measuring 92 m.
The intervention consists of seismic reinforcement, rehabilitation, and improvement of safety conditions.
ULMA Constructions solutions created BRIO work platforms and access systems for the execution of the reinforcement and rehabilitation of the Duarte Pacheco Viaduct, allowing the work to be carried out safely without affecting the normal functioning of railway, road, and pedestrian traffic on this highly circulated route.
ULMA, with its wide range of products and their compatibility, designed protective portals on the roads with Shoring Towers, BRIO Beams, Profiles, and decking with ENKOFORM. These protection gantries allowed work to be conducted over the roads in complete safety.

A sud di Milano, nel distretto della Barona e a pochi passi dalla stazione M2 Famagosta, sorge TheTris, un progetto iconico che prevede la realizzazione di un nuovo edifico a torre adibito a uffici. Questo grattacielo conterà con 22 piani fuori terra e due piani interrati e raggiungerà una altezza di circa 100 metri.
ULMA, grazie a suoi tecnici specializzati e in stretta collaborazione con il cliente, ha curato il progetto fin dall’inizio, sia la fase di progettazione, proponendo le soluzioni più adeguate dei vari sistemi, che la fase di esecuzione verificando il corretto montaggio di tutte le varie attrezzatture, dalle casseforme ORMA per muri, le casseforme CLR per pilastri, le casseforme CC-4 per solai oltre ai diversi sistemi di puntellamento. La soluzione ULMA con il sistema HWS per edifici alti ha permesso di sostituire il ponteggio perimetrale di facciata che avrebbe reso molto più difficile salire di quota in completa sicurezza.

South of Milan, in the Barona district, right beside the M2 Famagosta station, TheTris is being built as an iconic project for the creation of a new office tower building. This high-rise building will have 22 floors above ground level and two underground, and a height of around 100 metres.
With specialist technicians in close collaboration with the client, ULMA has supervised the project right from the start, both at the planning stage, proposing the best solutions for the various systems, and at the building stage, ensuring correct assembly of all the different equipment, with ORMA formwork for the walls, CLR formwork for the columns and CC-4 formwork for the floors, as well as the various shoring systems. The HWS system for high-rise buildings, enabled us to replace the perimeter facade scaffolding that would have made it much more difficult to carry out the high-rise construction in complete safety.

The Pattullo Bridge Replacement project is currently under construction and will maintain this key connection between the cities of New Westminster and Surrey in British Columbia, Canada. This new bridge will have modern travel lane widths and walking and cycling paths on both sides of the bridge that are separated from the traffic by a barrier and will improve safety and ease of travel on this corridor.
ULMA participated in this project by offering its concrete forming systems – MK Structures - Special MK Truss and ENKOFORM HMK.

El proyecto de sustitución del puente de Pattullo, actualmente en construcción, mantendrá la conexión clave entre las ciudades de New Westminster y Surrey, en la Columbia Británica (Canadá). Este nuevo puente además de carriles para la circulación de vehículos, dispondrá de vías peatonales y ciclistas a ambos lados del puente, separados del tráfico por una barrera.
ULMA participa en este proyecto con el suministro de los siguientes sistemas de encofrado: Cerchas MK especiales, ENKOFORM HMK, y Mesas VR.
