This is an important project that will connect all the lines of the Southern International Corridor, from the port of Sines to Spain. O Viaduto Duarte Pacheco é uma das principais vias de acesso á cidade de Lisboa que se divide em 5 partes: 2 arcos laterais com 40 m (um sobre a linha férrea e outro sobre a Avenida do Parque Florestal de Monsanto), 2 viadutos com 85,80m e um arco central sobre a Av. de Ceuta com 92m.
A intervenção consiste no reforço sísmico, reabilitação e aumento das condições de segurança.
As soluções da ULMA Construction criaram BRIO plataformas de trabalho e acessos para execução do reforço e reabilitação do Viaduto Duarte Pacheco, permitindo efetuar os trabalhos em segurança sem afetar o normal funcionamento da circulação ferroviária, automóvel e pedonal nesta via de elevada circulação.
A ULMA com a sua vasta gama de produtos e compatibilidade entre os mesmos, projetou pórticos de proteção nas vias com torres de Cimbre, Vigas BRIO, Perfis e assoalhamento com ENKOFORM. Estes pórticos permitiram trabalhar sobre as vias em total segurança.

The Duarte Pacheco Viaduct is one of the main access routes to the city of Lisbon, divided into 5 sections: 2 lateral arches of 40 m (one over the railway line and another over the Avenue of the Monsanto Forest Park), 2 viaducts of 85.80 m, and a central arch over Av. de Ceuta measuring 92 m.
The intervention consists of seismic reinforcement, rehabilitation, and improvement of safety conditions.
ULMA Constructions solutions created BRIO work platforms and access systems for the execution of the reinforcement and rehabilitation of the Duarte Pacheco Viaduct, allowing the work to be carried out safely without affecting the normal functioning of railway, road, and pedestrian traffic on this highly circulated route.
ULMA, with its wide range of products and their compatibility, designed protective portals on the roads with Shoring Towers, BRIO Beams, Profiles, and decking with ENKOFORM. These protection gantries allowed work to be conducted over the roads in complete safety.

A sud di Milano, nel distretto della Barona e a pochi passi dalla stazione M2 Famagosta, sorge TheTris, un progetto iconico che prevede la realizzazione di un nuovo edifico a torre adibito a uffici. Questo grattacielo conterà con 22 piani fuori terra e due piani interrati e raggiungerà una altezza di circa 100 metri.
ULMA, grazie a suoi tecnici specializzati e in stretta collaborazione con il cliente, ha curato il progetto fin dall’inizio, sia la fase di progettazione, proponendo le soluzioni più adeguate dei vari sistemi, che la fase di esecuzione verificando il corretto montaggio di tutte le varie attrezzatture, dalle casseforme ORMA per muri, le casseforme CLR per pilastri, le casseforme CC-4 per solai oltre ai diversi sistemi di puntellamento. La soluzione ULMA con il sistema HWS per edifici alti ha permesso di sostituire il ponteggio perimetrale di facciata che avrebbe reso molto più difficile salire di quota in completa sicurezza.

South of Milan, in the Barona district, right beside the M2 Famagosta station, TheTris is being built as an iconic project for the creation of a new office tower building. This high-rise building will have 22 floors above ground level and two underground, and a height of around 100 metres.
With specialist technicians in close collaboration with the client, ULMA has supervised the project right from the start, both at the planning stage, proposing the best solutions for the various systems, and at the building stage, ensuring correct assembly of all the different equipment, with ORMA formwork for the walls, CLR formwork for the columns and CC-4 formwork for the floors, as well as the various shoring systems. The HWS system for high-rise buildings, enabled us to replace the perimeter facade scaffolding that would have made it much more difficult to carry out the high-rise construction in complete safety.

The Pattullo Bridge Replacement project is currently under construction and will maintain this key connection between the cities of New Westminster and Surrey in British Columbia, Canada. This new bridge will have modern travel lane widths and walking and cycling paths on both sides of the bridge that are separated from the traffic by a barrier and will improve safety and ease of travel on this corridor.
ULMA participated in this project by offering its concrete forming systems – MK Structures - Special MK Truss and ENKOFORM HMK.

El proyecto de sustitución del puente de Pattullo, actualmente en construcción, mantendrá la conexión clave entre las ciudades de New Westminster y Surrey, en la Columbia Británica (Canadá). Este nuevo puente además de carriles para la circulación de vehículos, dispondrá de vías peatonales y ciclistas a ambos lados del puente, separados del tráfico por una barrera.
ULMA participa en este proyecto con el suministro de los siguientes sistemas de encofrado: Cerchas MK especiales, ENKOFORM HMK, y Mesas VR.

W Poznaniu powstaje liczący 25 kondygnacji i 117 m wysokości biurowiec Andersia Silver, który będzie najwyższym budynkiem w stolicy Wielkopolski. Do wykonania trzonów budynku wykorzystano deskowanie ramowe ORMA, strop wykonano w systemie panelowym CC-4. W celu przyspieszenia realizacji trzonów oraz stropów zastosowano system samowznoszący ATR. Po obrysie obiektu zastosowano osłony przeciwwiatrowe HWS wraz z systemem samowznoszącym RKS w miejscach, gdzie osłony mocowane są do trzonu budynku, a nie na stropie. Poniższe kondygnacje zostały zabezpieczone siatkami SARE. Na budowie pracowały także m.in. systemy MK i BRIO.

Andersia Silver office building with 25 storeys and height of 117 meters is being built in Poznań. It will be the tallest building in the city. ORMA Panel Formwork system was used for the construction of the core of the building, and the slabs were made with the CC-4 Aluminium Modular Formwork. In order to speed up the construction of cores and slabs, the ATR Self Climbing Formwork was used. HWS Perimeter Safety Screens were used along the edge of the building together with the RKS Rail Climbing system in places where the screens are attached to the core of the building and not to the slab. The storeys below were secured with SARE nets. Additionally, MK and BRIO systems were also used on this construction site.

Una de las ventajas que hemos tenido en el trato con ULMA es que son muy sensibles a nuestras consideraciones. Es decir, que en este edificio hay que ser extraordinariamente cuidadoso, pero no solamente cuidadoso en los resultados, sino a la hora de montar cualquier tipo de elemento.
PROYECTO: La macsura de la Mezquita-Catedral de Córdoba es uno de los tesoros arquitectónicos más fascinantes de la ciudad. El proyecto de restauración, con un plazo de ejecución de unos tres años, recuperará el aspecto original tanto del mihrab como de la macsura, utilizando para ello los mismos materiales que se usaron en su construcción en el siglo X.
ULMA ha ofrecido soluciones en este proyecto haciendo frente a desafíos importantes relacionados con la falta de apoyos, que han condicionado el diseño de las estructuras de andamio basadas en el sistema BRIO.

I would also like to say that one of the advantages we have had in dealing with ULMA is that they are very sensitive to our considerations. That is, in this building you have to be extremely careful, but not only careful in the results, but when mounting any type of element.
PROJECT: The maqsurah of the Mosque-Cathedral of Córdoba is one of the citys most fascinating architectural treasures. The restoration project, which will take about three years to complete, will restore the original appearance of both the mihrab and the maqsurah, using the same materials that were used in its construction in the 10th century.
ULMA has participated in this project with important challenges related to the lack of supports, which have conditioned the design of the scaffolding structures, which are based on the BRIO system.

Conoce la rehabilitación del Puente Boca del Cerro en el Tramo I del Tren Maya, una obra clave para la conectividad en el sureste mexicano. ULMA participó con soluciones de cimbra, apuntalamiento y acceso seguro, adaptadas a las condiciones estructurales y geográficas del puente. Un proyecto que combinó técnica, precisión y respeto al entorno.
En el marco del proyecto del Tren Maya, se llevaron a cabo trabajos de mantenimiento y rehabilitación del puente vehicular Boca del Cerro, una emblemática estructura de acero de 160 metros de largo ubicada en Tenosique, Tabasco. ULMA participó en esta obra suministrando andamios multidireccionales BRIO como plataformas suspendidas, adaptadas a las condiciones estructurales del puente y a las distintas fases del proyecto.
La solución incluyó plataformas modulares, sistemas de anclaje especializados y accesos seguros, todo diseñado con metodología BIM para garantizar precisión, seguridad y eficiencia. Este trabajo integral forma parte del impulso al ecoturismo y la mejora de la infraestructura en el sureste de México.

Discover the restoration of the Boca del Cerro Bridge on Section I of the Tren Maya, a key project for improving connectivity in southeastern Mexico. ULMA contributed with formwork, shoring, and safe access solutions tailored to the structural and geographical conditions of the bridge—an initiative that combined technical expertise, precision, and environmental respect.
As part of the Tren Maya project, maintenance and rehabilitation work was carried out on the iconic Boca del Cerro vehicular bridge, a 160-meter-long steel structure located in Tenosique, Tabasco. ULMA took part by supplying BRIO multidirectional scaffolding used as suspended platforms, adapted to the bridge’s structural conditions and the various phases of the project.
The solution included modular platforms, specialized anchoring systems, and safe access points, all designed with BIM methodology to ensure precision, safety, and efficiency. This comprehensive effort contributes to boosting ecotourism and enhancing infrastructure in southeastern Mexico.

The Holden at Delray Beach in Delray Beach Florida is an Alliance Residential Property. It is a senior living facility consisting 2 buildings one of which is four stories and the other building is five stories.
ULMA provided forming and shoring solutions for the construction of this residential building. Based on the needs of this complex the contractor selected 32,000 square feet of the ENKOFLEX shoring system for forming the floors and MEGAFRAME handset shoring system for the balconies. For the shear walls and elevator and stair cores 2,500 square feet of MEGALITE was used.

El Holden en Delray Beach, Florida, es una edificación residencial para personas mayores que consta de dos edificios, uno de cuatro plantas y otro de cinco.
ULMA ha proporcionado soluciones de encofrado y apeo para la construcción de este edificio. Se ha empleado el encofrado de vigas de madera ENKOFLEX para las losas y el sistema MEGAFRAME como apeo en las zonas de balcones. Para los muros, escaleras y los núcleos de ascesores se ha utilizado el encofrado modular ligero en medidas imperiales MEGALITE.
