Warner archive has produced a lovely Blu-ray and new 2K master of one of best suspense thrillers ever made, WAIT UNTIL DARK. Based on the play by Frederick Knott who also wrote Dial M For Murder. The film has many Hitchcockian elements and is arguably one of the only films that should have that term applied to it. Helmed by the incredibly underrated Terence Young, the film reaches a fever pitch of suspense in the iconic pitch dark climax. Audrey Hepburn and Alan Arkin are mesmerizing with Hepburn giving the performance she should have won the Oscar for.
