Slowly getting through your guest "hit-list". It seems those I approach, while excited to join, tend to be busy whisky bees. Trying to find an opening is harder than you might think. I suppose there were some things easier during the grey amorphous lockdown days.
Anyway, I managed to sync diaries with Lochlea's John Campbell for this week and I'm really looking forward to it! I have my Laphroaigs lined up and my Lochleas ready. Neither of these are obligatory though, we'll be quite happy sharing stories of how someone who was once employed to stencil casks has become an instantly recognised and respected industry champion. It helps that he's also a whisky lover.
We'd love to welcome you there!
