0.4 Tungsten Carbide nozzle, 0.5 line width, 0.32 layer height, 500mms/20ka all except bridging, 20-60 square corner based on feature. 2 perimeters, 10% infill, adaptive cubic.
Sparse infill connected for one and not connected for the other.

Also consider "ensure vertical shell thickness" can also add filament to the inside walls as well.

At what wall count will reduce this effect? - Filament is deposited by pressure, created from the nozzle against the previous filament. The final shape is an oval, wider than the nozzle. That excess is used to fill the gaps of a circle, making it a square. The same way in that bridges are always round on the bottom.
I don't know the answer on how many walls will eliminate this effect. I typically use 3 walls for non functional and at least 6 on functional prints, mostly 10 (3-5mm thick walls).

** sorry for the filament choice! It's PRO ABS yellow, a mustard of sorts colored filament. I really don't like it and the perfect filament to use for tests.
