Vegan Thai curry is a must-order when you’re in Thailand, right? At least your trip should be filled with vegan Thai food! We were shopping and shopping at Siam Paragon which is a huge mall with lots of amazing store (Bangkok has some of the best malls in the world), and when it was dinner time, we stopped to eat in the food court at an all vegan stall called Talalaks. We had the tom yum soup with mushrooms and the green curry fried rice and they had so many other delicious looking vegan dishes. Be aware that a lot of Thai dishes can be a bit spicy with the use of chilies, but the chilies add such a good kick! The serving portions were excellent and the value for the food we ordered was phenomenal. The food in the food courts of these malls is beyond what we have in North America and Talalaks really impressed us.
