Vegan banh mi sandwich specialists, Doi, and its sister restaurant, Khoe, are 100% vegan and available for pick-up or delivery whenever you’re craving Vietnamese food! We decided to head over to their kitchen space on East Georgia Street in Vancouver and pick up the food we ordered through Uber Eats. You’ll see a lot of food delivery drivers waiting to pick up their orders from various food vendors that share the space, so delivery is probably the more popular option in general, but it was a nice day and there were a few tables outdoors for people to eat at. On weekends, Doi and Khoe are open for dinner orders while on weekdays, they are both available for lunch and dinner. We shared the Shroomami and two banh mis - tofu and chicken.
