Vegan high tea is always such a treat and we had the chance to experience the one offered by Notch8 inside Hotel Vancouver. What makes this tea even more special is that Notch8 offers tea in the window at certain times each year where you are seated in a display case window! It’s not an experience for everyone because we know being on display on a busy street downtown but not be “fun”, but it’s definitely an experience. They don’t publish their vegan tea menu online, but if you request ahead of time that you’d like a vegan version, they will create a menu for you. We had a choice of loose leaf teas and for the food, we had a tier of sandwiches, a tier of scones, and a tier of sweets. You’ll need to see what we thought of the food and the experience and you can decide whether or not to try it out in the future!
