Legit vegan Mexican food is so much easier to find when we visit the US and we hit up Chilango in Portland, Oregon. Chilango serves up vegan Mexican at its very best and the place is funky, the staff are super friendly, and above all and most importantly, the food is stellar. There’s plenty of seating indoors and they also have a small outdoor seating area in the front. You order your food at the counter and everything’s brought out quickly. We shared the quesadilla sampler and each ordered a few tacos with various fillings and we tried to order different fillings for everything so we could try things out. They also have an extensive list of drinks and take home products for sale that are made in-house. Chilango is an absolute must visit for vegan Mexican food in Portland, Oregon, so go try it out and we guarantee you’ll like the food!
