Stepperonline A6 Servo drives, using klipper and step pulse, with 17bit absolute encoders.

I could go into what it took to get here, but you don't want to hear my struggles. Drive tuning is quite difficult.
I struggle to tune the drives past a working 17-20K acceleration. The ADXL results are a direct function of how stiff the motors are, and thus the results reflect that.
The stiffer the drive setting, the harder it is to control VFA. The softer it is, the prints develop this angular artifact, most seen on curves.

I feel like I need to use 2 PID sets and getting the crossover point correctly, is difficult. It's day and night from where I started, but limited on acceleration from steppers.

This is ABS, .4 Tungsten Carbide nozzle, 600mms commanded, 20SCV, 20K acceleration. It's a .6 line. .32 layer height, in vase mode.

For now, this is where it's at.
