Getting that bug again to try something different. Sorry this is only one parameter set of a comparison, My normal PA vs Non-Linear Recipr. Not much difference, but some.
I like top down tests vs vertical for some things. Let me see if I can change it up a bit and see what changes what.
Which one looks better to you?
ABS, 43mm3s flow, .3 layer height, .5 line width.
No, I didn't tune these values, I used some values I saw someone else use as a test, and tried them as is. This at least give me a baseline from linear PA.
The positions I am looking at are the decel and accel points of the model. The gaps and the height change from filament stacking too much material in the corners.
1/2 of the model is clockwise extrusion, note how the defect changes sides. Deceleration seems to be where the issue mostly lies.
